(ABS) spot importing CFR China price was assessed stable on the week at $1,910-1,930/mt
CFR China and unchanged for the same period at $1,960-1,985/mt CFR Southeast
Asia April 20. Due to slow demand from China, the Asian
ABS spot discussions were sluggish during the week of April 14-20. This is due
to logistic curbs and city lockdowns. Sources
indicated that logistical challenges on major east China highways are
improving, with more cargoes transiting from and to eastern China. Sources said that manufactory operations are slowly resuming
after recovery, mainly in the areas of automobile and microchip production. With the expectation of a recovery in demand, bullish
