Sinopec Zhongke (Guangdong) Refining and Chemical has brought on stream its Monoethylene glycol (MEG) unit. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have resumed operations at the unit around October 27, 2025. The unit was shut for brief maintenance around October 24, 2025.” Located in Guangdong, China, the MEG unit has a production capacity of 400,000 mt/year.
