Sinopec Hunan begins maintenance at PO plant

Sinopec Hunan Petrochemical shut down its Propylene Oxide (PO) Plant. A source in China told a member of the team, "The plant closed on March 31, 2020 for maintenance." The duration of the shut down could not be determined.
