Shandong Yihua Rubber & Plastic has cut run rates at its Polybutadiene rubber (PBR) plant in Shandong. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have reduced run rates at the plant last week. The reason behind the production cut could not be ascertained.” Located in Shandong, China, the plant has a production capacity of 100,000 mt/year.
