Shandong Xinfa mulls maintenance at PVC plant

Shandong Xinfa is likely to take off stream its Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is in plans to shut the plant towards the end of October 2025 for maintenance. Operations are expected to remain offline until November 2025. Attempts to obtain confirmation from an authorized source were unsuccessful.” Located in Liaocheng, Shandong province of China, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 750,000 mt/year.
