to market sources, the CFR China propylene market dropped $5/mt-$15/mt on May
12 with bearish sentiments affecting buying. At 0830 GMT Asian time,
the July ICE Brent crude oil futures fell $0.16/b over the previous session to
$105.36/b. According to a South Korean
propylene producer, the market is now subdued due to China's lockdown. The South Korean propylene producer said that everyone is
concerned about the possibility of recession because the financial market is so
volatile and market players lose some faith. Others were more optimistic. "Many crackers are considering a May-June production
