Shaanxi Yanchang Coal resumes production at LLDPE unit

Shaanxi Yanchang Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical has restarted its Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) unit following a turnaround. A source in China informed a team member, “The company is heard to have resumed operations at the unit around March 11, 2026. The unit was shut for maintenance around March 2, 2026.” Located in Shaanxi in China, the LLDPE unit has a production capacity of 300,000 mt/year.
