Minister Nara Lokesh lays foundation stone at Kanigiri, in the district of Prakasam in Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh IT & Electronics Minister and Chairman of the Group of Ministers for Job Creation, Mr. Nara Lokesh laid foundation stone at the first Reliance Compressed Bio-Gas plant in Kanigiri district of Prakasam in Andhra Pradesh. The first of 500 projects, totaling Rs. 139 crores in capital expenditures, is the CBG project at Kanigiri. AP will receive 65,000 crores. The plant will use innovative technology to develop Napier grass on waste and barren lands. This project will provide a significant income to rural economies through the payment of lease revenue to farmers and a fixed price to farmers for the grass they grow.
