In the week ending March 26, Asian recycled high density polyethylene was stable to slightly weaker due to thin discussions. While some sources were in the US for a conference, Southeast Asia faced a slowdown because of Ramadan. Asian recycled high density polyethylene natural film Pellets stable day-over-day and down $20/mt from week to week at $745/mt FOM Southeast Asia, March 26. For ease of use and cleaner resin, some sources used post-industrial resin in place of post-consumer. However, brand owners reject this solution as it does not address sustainability.
