stable during the week to February 15. Trader stated that recycled black
material was no longer being sold at $200 per mt because the feedstock prices
were rising due to a shortage of good quality recycled bales. According to
the trader, many recyclers will soon cease doing business with this
product. China-based buyers have set a limit on the number of buyers
interested in purchasing the top polyethylene grades. However, international
sellers claimed that recycled pellets shipped to Europe are often more
expensive than the prime price because European buyers have a
