economic recovery prospects, the Asian recycled LDPE market saw a slight price
increase. We
are excited about China's opening but the Chinese New Year will delay the
increase in demand. One recycler said that
the film and bag sector would improve, adding that their plant production rates
are stable. Some sources claim that the
upsides are limited as long as virgin LDPE remains affordable, which can be
used as an alternative to recycled LDPE. One
recycler stated that China's endproduct inventories were high and that upsides
