prices remained stable in March 2, despite thin trade. However, the outlook was
positive as the trend for recycled material prices mirrors that for virgin
material. It is usually around 20% and $100-$300/mt less expensive, traders
stated. Traders said
that there was sometimes a price delay. Market
sources indicated that the market gains in the recycled market will likely be
limited as buyers are unwilling to pay more for PE market prices than they
would pay for virgin grade. Trader said
