On April 30, the Asian market for recycled low-density plastic remained stable at $800/mt FOM Southeast Asia, despite ongoing discussions. Sources claim that the export of recycled plastic pellets has moved to regional markets instead of the US and Europe. Sources said that in 2024 China will export approximately 5 million mt worth of recycled pellets, flakes, and compounds to the US, Europe and other regions.
