tightness. One market source said that good quality feedstock is scarce
due to high demand and low supplies. Insights were told by a few sources
that good quality feedstock collection rates are still sporadic due to a labor
shortage in the informal sector. "Unless you have a reliable source,
such as a packaging or plastics producer, you are dependent on household waste
