polyethylene natural film pellets were stable on April 13. There was a gap in prices
between users who blended only when it was economically feasible and those that
had to use mandated applications. Bottlers
that were required to recycle a minimum amount of postconsumer resin were more
willing to pay higher prices while end-users, who only recycled material when
it was economically feasible, were less willing to pay the same prices. Recyclers said that the demand for R-HDPE blow molding,
reprocessed RHDPE blow molding, and pipe extrusion grades with a higher melt
