CFR India PVC suspension grade at $715/mt, unchanged week over week, as market participants adopt a waitand- watch approach with the anticipated implementation date of the antidumping duty nearing. The last day for implementation was Nov. 12, according to official documents. Early in the day, domestic prices were heard discussed in the range of Rupees 70-73/kg based on the origin of material; however, during mid-day, a large domestic producer was heard to have provided a discount scheme on their PVC grades, which dampened the market sentiment and was heard around Rupees 68-72/kg later.
