weekly on week Nov. 30, due to active spot buying, notably in India, as buyers
saw that the market had hit its bottom. The CFR China PVC benchmark price
rose $15/mt on week to $740/mt Nov. 30. While the CFR India PVC cost jumped
$50/mt, to $800/mt over the same period. Last week, new December offers
were announced with $725/mt CFR China and $740/mt CFR India.$680/mt FOB Taiwan
after volume discount of 500mt or more These new offers represent the
lowest level since June 2020. Spot demand grew, especially in India, after
the offers. This helped to end bearish sentiment that has been prevailing since
