Asian PVC prices were stable to strong in the week ended July 16, with the Chinese domestic market and export prices rangebound amid subdued export demand. PVC CFR China unchanged week over week at $715/mt July 16, in line with tradeable indications heard at $715- $740/mt, amid a stable market as noted by market participants. A Northeast Asian producer said, "New offers for August loading are expected to [be] announced next week. All prices [are the] same as last week for now." "Heard Wanhua and Bohua started producing [PVC in] their new [capacity] expansion this week," the same producer said.
