marketplace. CFR China PVC benchmark price dropped $15/mt on week to
$765/mt. This is the lowest price since $705/mt on June 3, 2020. CFR India PVC
price declined $10/mt on week Nov. 9 to $810/mt Nov. 9. This is the lowest
price since $745/mt on June 3, 2020. Due to low demand in China, and
COVID-19 lockdowns, market sentiment in Asia was bearish. The Asian market
was also affected by a weaker global PVC market. According to market sources,
China's PVC plant operations have decreased. Ethylene-based PVC plants operate
