Asian polyvinylchloride price remained steady at $5-$10/mt less week than the
week prior to Nov. 2, reflecting bearish sentiment and thin price discussions
before the official announcement of December's monthly offers. Meanwhile, the
CFR India price dropped $5/mt to $820/mt in the same time period. The CFR
India price fell to $745-$760/mt on June 3, 2020, when it was at its lowest
level since that date. Market sources also said that no clear economic stimulus
policy had been announced at the National Congress in October. This prompted
concerns about China's economic slowdown. Ethylene-based PVC prices fell
