16 and $922.50/mt FBO Korea Dec. 16. This week, the operating rates of PTA
plants in China have been estimated at 64%. The CFR PTA market was also
helped by the lifting of COVID-19 regulations in China. According to a
Chinese trader, sentiment is improving because downstream polyester consumption
