Asia's propylene market remained stable on
June 10, as buyers and sellers waited for clearer market direction to decide if
they would take their positions. A
Korean propylene producer said that the market is improving, but not by a large
amount. This is despite the fact that China's commercial capital Shanghai had
lifted its lockdown on June 1. According
to the same Korean producer, July loading cargoes were extremely tight due to
some producers reducing run rates for July. China's domestic market remains under pressure due to the
recent arrival of new PDH plants in Shandong. China Shandong prices fell to Yuan 7,800/mt yesterday, Yuan
