August 26 as buyers waited to see if the market would change. The October ICE Brent
crude oils futures contract fell $1.34-2.50/b on the Asian close of $99.86-105.50/b

increased Yuan 50-70/mt to Yuan 6,885-7,500/mt exp-tank. A Shandong downstream producer said that some downstream
producers have low inventories so there is still some buying in Shandong. Due to a shortage glut and low downstream demand, many
propylene and Polypropylene producers have reduced their run rates in Northeast
