propylene market was unchanged on Jan. 27, despite little trading, as Chinese buyers
were absent for Lunar New Year holidays. They would return on January 28. The
March ICE Brent crude oil futures contract for March ICE Brent was at 4:30pm
Singapore time. It was $1.94/b higher than the $86.02/b closing at 0830 GMT. A
Korean producer said that demand is increasing. He noted that the Lunar New
Year is boosting propylene's replenishment. According to plant news, South
Korea’s Hanwha Solutions plans to keep its Yeosu 164,000 mt/year OXO-alcohols
Plant at Yeosu running at 100% in February. This is unchanged from January. The
