due to a lower crude oil price, the CFR China propylene marker was stable.  the CFR China marker
reached a seven-year high of $1,220-1,260/mt March 3. This was due to tight oil
markets and increased indicative bids and offers. the March 3 level of CFR China was the highest ever since it
was first assessed at $1,225-1,265/mt in November 2014. However, crude oil prices fell after May ICE Brent crude
futures closed at $111.14-130.56/b at 4:45 pm Singapore time (0830 GMT). This
