bearishness was exacerbated by aggressive selling by exporters. Sources said
that China's import flows were expected to rise as more cargoes are booked.
However, the lack of good netback markets means that China will continue seeing
import surpluses. According to media reports, Shanghai Disney Resort was
forced to close abruptly on Oct. 31 by a snap lockdown. This prevented patrons
from leaving the resort until they had tested positive for the virus. Some
industry sources claim that low prices have caused some production shutdowns.
Others say that high refinery runs rates will likely produce enough PP to
