Indian buyers are losing interestDue
to a stronger domestic China market, Asian styrene monmer markets rose $39/mt
to $1,096/mt CRC China and $1,116.50/mt FOB China. At parity with the CFR
China marker, the FOB Korea marker climbed $36/mt, to $1,096/mt FOB
Korea. Yuan 290/mt to Yuan 8,455/mt was added to the domestic China prompt
marker. This equates to $1,082.65/mt based on import-parity, an increase of
$34.89/mt over the previous day's close at $1,047.76/mt based on
import-parity. There was talk in China about a near-term supply
disruption. According to market sources, a short-term supply crunch is
likely. This could affect supplies in both East China and South
