The Asian ABS CFR China mark at $1,320/mt on June 18 is up $10/mt compared to the previous assessment of June 11. This was in accordance with the higher indications in the market and the firmer feedstock prices for styrene. CFR Southeast Asia at $1330/mt on June 18, an increase of $10/mt over the previous assessment made on June 11. This is below the highest offer at $1340/mt. The spread for the CFR China mark is also maintained at $10/mt. ABS producers in China commented that the announcement of the US expanding steel tariffs on imported household appliances was "no big deal".
