greatest challenge for 2023 will be to meet both current and future demand from
new projects. According to recyclers, plastic bag bans in many Asian
countries have resulted in low-polymer waste collections. Sources said
that it is difficult to obtain the licenses needed to import scrap plastics. To
capitalize on the growing demand, new reprocessing Asian plant projects have
