CIF NWE naphtha cargo
price fell 3.5% as the wider crude oil complex declined while supply
fundamentals -- tightening supply and weakening demand amid concerns about
replacements for Russian barriques -- were little altered, sources reported on March 31. The mixing demand for naphtha was muted due to high flat prices
and lockdowns in China caused by a resurgence of coronavirus. Although April buying was limited, some end-users covered
