Sources said that the
AsianLPG market was seeing interest from China as two Chinese users bid on
propane and butane. China's Ningbo Kingfa wanted
to buy 23,000 mt (46,000 mt per month) of propane from March to July. This was
done via a tender close on Feb. 22, with same-day validity. China's Sino Benny
also sought to buy 6,000 mt (12,000 mt per month) of butane for delivery to
Shenzhen. Sources said that the tender closed on Feb. 18, with validity up to
Feb. 22. Asia LPG prices dropped on
February 15 due to market sentiment in the wider oil industry and signals of
