the week ending Nov. 9, European recycled polypropylene markets saw weak
demand, with market sentiment dominated by uncertainty. Market
participants remained vigilant to illiquid pricing trends in the upstream
virgin polypropylene industry, as well as slow market fundamentals. There was
little activity across the entire propylene value chain. Spot pricing
continued to fall in the black pellet market. It dropped by Eur30/mt to
Eur950/mt NWE the week after recyclers tried to meet consumers' pricing
expectations. Natural pellet prices, however, remained stable at
Eur2,105/mt NWE over the week. Market participants noted a wide range of
pricing in this market. Market participants stressed the importance of
