Prices of Asian polymeric diphenyl diisocyanate fell during the week ending March 28 as a result of weak demand and abundant supply. However, slabstock polyol remained stable. PMDI was $50/mt less than the previous week, at $2,095/mt, CFR India. Slabstock polyol was $1,170/mt, CFR India. PMDI offers and selling indicators from CFR India were lower this week. CFR India offered South Korea origin PMDI at $2,100/mt CFR India on March 28. Prices for ex-tank PMDI were said to be stable or lower. They were heard at Rupees 194-195/kg around March 28. A market source said that sellers were being pressured to reduce their prices due to the low buying interest resulting from continued low demand. A slabstock cargo of Singapore origin, including antidumping duties, was sold at $1,175-1,180/mt CIF India...
