Petronas Chemical Group (PCG) is likely to start up its new Melamine plant in Kedah. A source in Malaysia informed a team member, “The plant is expected to begin production by Quarter 4 2025, subject to the completion of necessary formalities. However, confirmation from an authorized source is still awaited.” Located in Gurun, Kedah in Malaysia, the plant has a production capacity of 60,000 mt/year.
