PetroChina Sichuan resumes production at Butadiene unit

PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical has restarted its Butadiene (BD) unit following a turnaround. A source in China informed a team member, “The company has resumed operations at the unit around November 6, 2025. The unit was shut for maintenance in end October 2025.” Located at Sichuan in China, the unit has a production capacity of 150,000 mt/year.
