prices in the China PET markets remained stable in the week ending Jan. 25 due
to the absence of Chinese buyers who were away for week long Lunar New Year
holiday. “China market all off, price should be stable” said an International
trader who added that buyers and sellers were taking on a wait and see mode to
see if price would recover after Lunar New Year. The March ICE Brent crude oil
futures contract was down $0.34/b from the previous Asian close at $86.17/b at
