Asian toluene $2/mt higher day over day at $707/mt FOB Korea and $7/mt higher at $714/mt FOB China on March 21. At the Asian close on March 21, the front-month ICE may Brent futures were up 84 cents/b compared to the previous close. The naphtha C+F Japan mark was $636.25/mt. This is a $2/mt increase day over day. The Market on Close process did not include any transparent offers or bids. Multiple Southeast Asian sources confirmed that arbitrage trading from Asia to the US is closed. One source said it was "unlikely" for the months of March or April.
