Chinese and Southeast Asian polyethylene prices fell in the week to April 23, as buying appetite continued to weaken amid near-term geopolitical uncertainties. Fresh Middle East offers for the month were heard across the week in both China and Southeast Asia. Offer levels and buying indications were heard lower month-over-month, amid bearish sentiments as buyers continued to monitor the unfolding US tariff situation.
