Asian MTBBE prices- 92 RON rises 4.66%; 92 RON cracked rises 38.82% day



Asian FOB Singapore MTBE jumped $56-62/mt
to $1,046-1,090/mt Aug. 11, amid rising buying interest in a firmer energy
complex. The
92 RON gasoline rose 4.66% to $108.86/b. Meanwhile, the front-month ICE Brent
crude oil futures were up 1.69% in the same time period to $97.31/b at 4:30 PM
Singapore time (0830 GMT). VITOLSG placed
a firm bid on 3,000 mt of loading for Sept. 1-Sept. 5, at $1,020/mt FOB Strits.
The bid was initially raised to $1,046/mt by Trafigura at 8:28.13 GMT. The spot market saw steady demand for MTBE from China-to
