of Asian recycled high-density polyethylene are stable on Nov. 9, despite thin
trade. Bale feedstock was slightly more plentiful, but still
tight. Sources said that there were fewer clothing companies looking for
recycled polymers because prime polyester prices were very low. Some South
Korean petrochemicals plants had planned to purchase waste management and
recycling companies to create a cost-effective integrated supply chain.
However, they claim that the government has stopped such mergers. A few
converters sought FDA certification, with a noobjection letters for direct and
indirect food contact material. This was difficult to fulfill. Slow
bullishness towards the end of next year seems to be the outlook for the
