$1,011.33/mt CFR unv1/China Nov. 8 and $991.33/mt FBO Korea Nov. 8. Market
participants remained on the sidelines due to end-user production cuts. After run cuts at a major
producer in China earlier this week, Nov. 7, market sentiment fell on lower
operating rates for China's polyester sector. Although the scale of the cuts was not clear, many sources
predicted that China's PTA producers would join them in the reductions amid
