- NovICE Brent crude oil futures contract down 2.99/b day- China India toluene Arbitrage weakens



Asian toluene prices fell on Sept. 14,
following crude oil values and downstream benchmarks. November ICE Brent crude
oil futures contract dropped $2.29-3.50/b to $92.88-98.50/b at 4.30 pm Singapore
time (0830 GMT). Benchmark benzene prices
fell $16-21/mt, to $910.67-930.25/mt CFRUnv1/China. Asian toluene fell $6-7/mt on the day to $934-950/mt FOB
Korea, and $977-1000/mt CFR China Sept. 14. Trading sources claimed that a 3,000 mt Oct. 20-21 cargo
from Ulsan was traded at an October whole month average plus $30-35/mt FOB
Korea and $977-1000/mt CFR China Sept. 14. Sources said that South Korean cargoes were not as regular,
and Chinese sellers were not participating due to COVID-19 lockdowns. Typhoons
