3.9%Asian FOB Singapore MTBE fell $51.50-55.25/mt
per day to $1268-1300/mt on July 1, a result of tapering arbitrage demand
following the end of driving peak season. The front-month ICE Brent futures dropped 5.72% to $109.47-130.50/b
by 4:30 PM Singapore time (0830 GMT). This was due to rising inflation risks
weighing down overall financial market sentiment after OPEC+'s reaffirmation
that August's output growth was achieved. The
gasoline price fell by 3,89% to $137.48-150.50/b on the 92 RON front. According to market sources, Hyundai Oilbank, South Korea,
was reported to have signed the sell-tender offering approximately 5,000 mt per
month of the MTBE from Daesan, for July-December 2022, at a discount of around two digits to the...
