Asian FOB Singapore MTBE fell $46-50/mt to
$1,320-1,350/mt on June 30, due to tapering arbitrage demand from Europe and
the US as well as the declining energy complex. Market sentiment was
impacted by the end of summer, which drove seasonal demand in the northern
hemisphere. However, market sentiment was affected by lingering uncertainties
from the Russia-Ukraine conflict and China lockdowns. The front-month ICE Brent crude oil futures fell by 1.32% to
$116.11/b at 4:30 pm Singapore time (0830 GMT). This was due to slowing oil
product demand, and uncertain supply prospects. Over the same period, 92RON gasoline fell 3.36% to
