activity in the week to Nov. 25, Asian FOB Singapore MTBE was down $40/mt week,
at $925/mt Nov. 25. No
bids or offers were received during the Market on Close evaluation process on
Nov. 25, and the factor remained unchanged at 1.225. Asia MTBE trade activity was expected decrease between
China, Southeast Asia and the week ending Nov. 25, with the Arbitrage Window
expected to remain closed for the next week due to higher freight prices and a
weaker Chinese market. Due to increased
COVID-19 cases, and strengthened lockdowns, the Chinese market is experiencing
