Southeast Asia between February and March. A source stated that the arbitrage window for China origin
was closed because of disagreeable prices. This resulted in very few trades

FOB China was traded at $890/mt and 5,000 mt for March Loading, which took
place on February 9. According to a
trader, however, market participants expect increased demand over the next
weeks as China's domestic consumption is improving and the Ramadan month coming
