Southeast Asia demand for April cargoes remained strong this
week. UNIPECSG offered $949/mt to load 3,000 mt over March 12-16. This bid
was received during the Market on Close February 24. FOB Singapore was also
assessed higher than the bid of $950/mt on February 24, and the MTBE factor
increased by 0.061 points weekly at 1.188. Participants in China's market
shared their concern that MTBE exports to Southeast Asia will be less than
