declined over the same time period due to fears of increased supply. A trader commented on the
outlook for FOB Singapore MTBE markets, saying that MTBE was long in November
and December, adding that the prompt market is still tight, but more supply is
expected to enter the market moving forward. He said that "Oxy markets appear sluggish",
referring to oxygenated gasoline blendstocks like MTBE. On Oct. 14, the RON 92 gasoline FOB Singapore crack and ICE
