The Asian MMA price was down from week to week as China domestic prices dropped during the week and demand indicators in the region were not encouraging. China MMA prices dropped from $1.390/mt to $1.378/mt CFR China, week-on-week, on March 26. The Southeast Asia price fell to $1.508/mt CFR Southeast Asia, from $1.520/mt CFR Southeast Asia, on the same day. A Chinese trader said the market was "not so good" but that there were plenty of cargoes available for loading in April.
