The Indian methanol market saw little trading activity,
despite limited Middle East offers. Instead, producers shifted more volume to
Southeast Asia to increase their netbacks. Sources
claim that other markets offer better netbacks than India. "One major producer from Southeast Asia is planning a
turnaround, which will help to push up the prices. The source said that the fundamentals in this country are
strong. Rupee 32-32.25/kg February 15,
West Coast India ex-tank prices were discussed, with a Rupee 0.25/kg decrease
in the day. For March deliveries, players
